Aid Packed and Loaded for Latvia
“Seldom have we seen such an outpouring of interest and energy for outreach overseas,” says Dr. Gerald Perschbacher, a board member of the Missouri-Ilinois Branch of Orphan Grain Train, based in St. Louis. “Volunteers flocked to the packing site, got to work, loaded boxes, and prayerfully waved farewell to a packed truckload of needed items on April 1.”

Mainly exceptionally good clothing filled much of the cargo space that also had room for walkers, canes, medical beds, and other necessary items for that part of Europe where necessity can, at times, run very high. “Some Europeans are very concerned about the security of life in parts of their continent. We pray this load of items will meet immediate needs. To God be the glory!”
