First-Ever Container to Romania Sent by Mid-Atlantic Volunteers

On September 16, 2026, Orphan Grain Train Mid-Atlantic Branch sent its first-ever container to Romania – and only the sixth shipment from OGT! A dedicated team of nine people, neatly packed 1,230 boxes, 990 of which were clothing, plus additional boxes of bedding, hygiene items, medical equipment and school supplies and toys for children. The container’s contents will go to Charity Foundation for the Blind in Suceava and Bucharest, serving the visually impaired and vulnerable families. Each distribution includes prayer and community outreach, a beautiful testimony to OGT’s faith‑centered partnership with Romania. We are so glad to be part of this mission!
“The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”
Numbers 6:24–26 NIV
