Busy Day at Mid-Atlantic Sees 30 volunteers Accomplish Great Things
Gorgeous fall weather and three dozen apple cider donuts energized 30 volunteers to come to the Mid-Atlantic Branch warehouse on loading day, Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The team filled a container for Lativia, sorted and packed donations, and stuffed envelopes for our annual Grant Match Drive – a busy day! In all, 880 boxes of clothing, shoes, bedding, children’s toys, and household items, plus 150 pieces of medical equipment, 20 bicycles, and 79 (!) bolts of fabric will be received by the Red Cross in Riga for distribution. We pray the container arrives quickly and blesses many in need. Thank you, Mid-Atlantic volunteers!
