Elfie Eberle, Branch Manager in Maryland, for the past 16 years (and Original Maryland Branch Manager) stepped down from that position as of June 1. Her contributions and leadership have been an incredible blessing to those who volunteer with her, and to those served through branch collections and shipments. All wishing to honor her years of service may do so by contributing to “Elfie’s Lights”, a fund to purchase solar Luci lights for areas in developing countries that have no electrical grid. How fitting to honor her and “help change lives”! The fund will be active for 2 years, from August 2020 until August 2022. Make donations by indicating “Elfie’s Lights” in the memo line or envelope. Please mail your checks to Orphan Grain Train at 621 East-West Blvd., Millersville MD 21108. Elfie will continue working with the Maryland branch as Solicitation Manager, using her gifts and talents to share Jesus with the world. To quote Elfie, “Orphan Grain Train is in my blood”.
