Wisconsin Shares 320,000 Pounds of Potatoes
Orphan Grain Train Wisconsin shared over 320,000 pounds of potatoes in the last month. That’s eleven loads to nine different locations: Cornerstone Children’s Ranch, Ysleta Mission, Latin American Lutheran Mission, Salvation Mission, NAHA, Pavilion, The Way Community Center, Manna from Heaven and Operation Sharing. Two of the recipients received two loads. A note and photos were received from Jeff and Julie Painter at the Way Community Center in Wingo, Kentucky:
“Two loads of potatoes, each load gone in 5 days to a reach of a hundred-mile radius. Not one bag lost. (the loading in the red truck, Hutton, another servant in training). Going to a food kitchen that makes hot meals daily for free, run by a grandma.
Those servants in training are being trained to serve Jesus by their grandparents!
Our food pantry numbers have doubled in the last few weeks.
And we are thankful. More opportunity to share Jesus! “
