Castle Rock Sends Two Containers to Latvia
Nineteen Orphan Grain Train Castle Rock volunteers loaded 1,282 boxes of clothing, 30 bicycles, and medical equipment for their second shipment to Latvia in the past two weeks. Not pictured in the group photo are Joy Jensen, Nancy and Ron Snyder, Sarah, Katherine, and Matthew Bretz and their friend Skyven.
Thank you to all the volunteers who pick up the clothing, and sort and pack the boxes. Also, special thanks to Larry Drees for repairing the bicycles. The first load that went out at the end of October contained 1,342 boxes of clothing. Thank you again, Castle Rock volunteers for the joyful energy you display in your actions.
