Aid Delivered to Kentucky to Help Flood Victims
Manna From Heaven is an outreach program for many families living the Appalachian Mts. Of KY. Ralph and Lois Tackett run the mission and is a very humbled couple serving families living in one of the highest poverty regions of the US. During this latest flooding in KY, they were hit hard and had severe damage to buildings and lost freezers, food and other goods. Indiana Branch immediately went to work to see how they could help and were able to deliver 1,150 pounds of canned food, clothing, shoes, housewares, disaster items, freezer, stove, hygiene kits, extension cords, kerosene heater, generator, backpacks with bibles, sofa, nightstand, and tools. So many blessings to help this ministry and the many families they serve. Thank you, Indiana Branch volunteers & donors! The picture is of the 18’ trailer loaded except for two box springs and mattresses to be added before closing the doors.
