7 Clubs Work Together To Pack 608 School Kits
The Clover Clan 4-H Club in Dodge, NE looked for a project to do and decided on making school kits for OGT. Soon Catholic Order of Forester’s Sacred Heart Olean Court #1737, Sons of American Legion, Dodge VFW, Dodge community, Christ in the City missionaries and St. Wenceslaus Youth Group joined them. They raised $5,000 including a $1,500 matching funds grant from the Catholic Order of Forester’s and a $500 Governor’s Excellence Grant Award. With the help of many youth and adults, 608 school kits were assembled and boxed up! Thank you for helping students worldwide to have pride with their own supplies and backpack!
