Sunland Springs Village Quilting Club Gifts OGT Phoenix 50 Layette Kits
The Sunland Springs Village Quilting Club, located in Mesa, AZ, gifted the Orphan Grain Train Phoenix Branch with 50 Layette kits on January 6. This is the second year that they have used their talents to give to others. Last year, winter visitor Carol Wrede, (Norfolk, NE resident) used a Thrivent Action Funds card to purchase the items needed to make the kits.
This year the event was led by Joan Pratt. She supplied pictures of the women making these layettes.
