Medical Supplies Sorted, Packed and Delivered to Norfolk
Nancy Johnson and David McGuire stand in front of boxes of donated medical supplies and equipment from Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Nancy volunteers every Wednesday at the donation warehouse sorting bunkers of medical supplies. Some of the supplies are sent to Ukraine and some of the supplies Nancy holds back for OGT’s shipping needs. David is a full-time nurse at Mayo and volunteers with the mission. He runs the forklift for loading the supplies and is able to offer knowledgeable advice about sorting medical supplies. In the forefront is Bob Schleppenbach, Orphan Grain Train Norfolk’s truck driver, who picked up the full container and returned it to Norfolk in early March. OGT MN South supplies Nancy with OGT boxes. This is Norfolk’s first pickup of supplies. Thank you, Nancy for your dedication to this mission and sorting and picking items that can be sent through OGT.
