Medical Equipment Shared Locally
In March, Orphan Grain Train New England branch in Terryville gave out a great deal of medical equipment to individual recipients. Twenty-two wheelchairs and twenty-three shower chairs were requested and picked up by people in the community. In addition, bed rails, rehab exercise equipment, canes, toilet risers, walkers, and hospital beds and mattresses were among the long list of items. Thank you to those people who have donated medical equipment to OGT to share with others. Thank you to New England volunteers who have these items cleaned, repaired and ready to share with people in need.
