Many Hands Make Work Light

Phoenix Branch volunteers rented a 26-foot box truck and loaded it with 400 plus boxes of clothing, medical supplies, household items and more. We added magnetic signs to the side of the truck and advertised OGT on the three-hour trip from Phoenix to Tuba City, AZ. After we arrived at the Assembly of God Church in Tuba City, several residents came and helped us unload the truck. These will be distributed to the church members and to other local churches in the area. With the help of the residents, it only took an hour to off-load the truck and we were ready for the return three-hour drive to Phoenix.
Pastor Nathan Lynch shared stories, with our group, telling us about the living conditions and we are confident that these donations will be used and appreciated. We often forget about the people who donated the items and they are to be thanked, too.
