Grant Money Allows Indiana to Purchase New Donation Pick-Up!

Forman Investment Services nominated Orphan Grain Train Indiana as a candidate for a grant from Raymond James Charitable. The request stated that the grant would be used to update to a newer pickup for delivering loads to places like southeastern Kentucky and for local pickups of donations being offered to OGT. OGT was selected as one of the finalists for a grant of $20,000. After they received the news that they were awarded the grant, the search for a different pickup began. Working with Poynter Ford of Seymour, having the 2016 F250 as a trade-in, and with the $20,000 grant money we were able to purchase a new 2025 F250. Thank you, Forman Investment Services
This truck will also allow the branch in Jonesville to be ready to deliver relief supplies when nearby disasters occur. What a blessing for OGT Indiana. Thank you to the Raymond James Charitable board for selecting the Jonesville branch.
Our sincere thanks to Forman Investment Services, www.formanis.com, for the nomination of the grant and to Poynter Ford of Seymour for their help in securing this new truck.
