Desert Foothills Breaks OGT AZ Record for Sorting and Packing
Desert Foothills Lutheran Church, located in Scottsdale, AZ designated February as Orphan Grain Train Month. The members of the church collected donations during the month and brought them to the OGT Phoenix warehouse. On February 28, sixteen church members joined the Phoenix volunteers and sorted and boxed 205 boxes! This set a new all-time high for sorted and boxed items in one day. With so many people on hand, extra sorting tables were set up in the warehouse to accommodate the volunteers. Thank you to Desert Foothills and the Phoenix volunteers for your enthusiasm and hard work!
