Financial Support to Sudan Provides Food for People of Nuba Mountains

This is an email that was recently received by Orphan Grain Train Norfolk from Rev. Peter Anibati Abia from Sudan. OGT is sending financial support to Bishop Peter as he helps the people in the Nuba Mountains, South Sudan and Sudan. OGT is also supporting Bishop Peter as he begins building four classrooms in Saura, Sudan.
“Yambio in Jesus.
I am writing to share with you some pictures of the relief distribution and to inform you that we did the groundbreaking for Saura school last week. Some materials have been delivered to the site as you will see from the pictures. More pictures of the construction will be coming soon to you. We are so grateful for your partnership and support. You are a special blessing to us. The people who have been feed are from Kauda Twon in the Nuba mountains. This is one of the towns which was burnt down by the rebels by Muslim rebels who are targeting Christians. One of our vicars by the name Ibrahim Jally was wounded in the war. He is standing in the middle of one of the pictures with a bandage on his arm. He also got the support. The items distributed include sorghum and beans. There are now more than 500 people taking refuge at our church in Karindi, a village west of Kauda town where the bishop of the diocese is residing. Thank you again for helping this people and for praying for them too.”
Blessings+++
The Rev. Peter Anibati Abia
Thank you, to all OGT donors who support us in the mission to help the desperate and displaced people of Sudan.
Even to your old age and gray hairs
I am He, I am He Who will sustain you.
I have made you and I will carry you;
I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
