Charity Foundation of the Blind in Romania Receives Two Shipments from Norfolk

Charity Foundation of the Blind in Prelipca Village, Suceava, Romania sent word that two Orphan Grain Train Norfolk shipments arrived safely, and the contents are already being distributed. The first shipment contained Kids Against Hunger fortified meals that were donated by Feed My Starving Children out of Minnesota. There were 1,260 boxes totaling 272,160 meals total. Many of these meals have already been distributed before snowfall to people living in remote mountain villages, where access to the area becomes difficult in winter.
Both shipments left Norfolk in September of 2025. The second shipment contained bedding, clothing, medical equipment, hygiene kits and supplies and 20 bicycles.
Thank you to all the donors of your time, goods, and stewardship that made these loads possible.
“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” James 1:17
