Clean Water for Jamaica

The water purification system has been set up in Great Bay, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. Each person coming to receive fresh water, walks away with two 2.5-gallon containers of fresh drinking water.
We are grateful to all our donors who made it possible for Orphan Grain Train to purchase this state-of-the-art Aquifer 4000 high volume desalination system and the collapsible/reusable water containers to carry the water home. Families are carrying the five gallons home and returning for more a few days later.
Thank you to all the people who helped put this together: Brent Kummer, Bob Schleppenbach, Mike Toberer, John Wright, Grant Schmidt and DeWayne Erickson. Orphan Grain Train’s Grant Schmidt, Bob Schleppenbach and DeWayne Erickson will be flying to Jamaica next week.
