Many Donations Gathered for OGT at Event Held in Tucson
OGT Phoenix Branch has been spreading our mission at several different events the past two months. The second event that the Phoenix Branch attended was the annual luncheon for the Lutheran Social Services of the Southwest, held in Phoenix. Jo Riester, is on the Board of Directors and an OGT Volunteer from Tucson, AZ. Jean and Ken Weber attended this meeting and spoke to several different people about OGT. Jo Riester and Jan Schneuer brought donations from Tucson with them. Several of the refugees that LSSSW has helped spoke about their journey to America and how LSSSW helped.
