Peace Lutheran Church’s Red Letter Challenge Bible Study Give Back
In October, Members of Peace Lutheran Church’s Red Letter Challenge small group Bible study working on “serving” decided to practice their serving by gathering food items, diapers, blankets and some household items for Ukrainian families that have come to Norfolk, NE. Some of the items were also able to be shipped to Ukraine to help displaced families there as well. Pictured L-R: John Coffey, Dr. Ann Kramer & Dr. Jim Kramer.
The Peace Lutheran LWML also joined the effort and collected food and blankets. They ended up gathering almost two bunker loads of food and in November they brought the food to the Norfolk Warehouse. Volunteers separated the food into about 30 boxes and then they were distributed to the local Ukrainian families. Thank you for your servant hearts!
