Milbank Student Council Packs 3,000 Mercy Meals
Milbank Middle School student council members packed Mercy Meals on October 15. The group packed over 3,000 meals at the Orphan Grain Train Collection Center in Milbank, S.D.
The students raised $350 by selling concessions at middle school football games, and they donated the money to help fund the meals. The activity was part of the council’s first quarter service projects. The Orphan Grain Train is celebrating its 20th year in Milbank.
Thank you, students! What you have accomplished is amazing from beginning to end!
