LWML Norfolk Zone Springs Ahead in Faith
At the Norfolk Zone Spring Ahead in Faith Event, Saturday, April 18, 2026, hosted by Mt. Olive-Norfolk, Pastoral Counselor Rev. Jacob Tuma provided a lively Bible Study based on the theme verse from 2 Chronicles 15:7 “Be ye strong therefore, and let not your hands be weak: for your work will be rewarded…”
Kamryn Green from Orphan Grain Train was the speaker and the ingathering of cash and hygiene supplies filled her pickup. A leadership sketch by current Zone officers (Carol, Maggie and Mary) entertained, and the closing devotion on encouragement was presented by Sue from Mt. Olive who serves as the Christian Growth Chairman.
Thank you, ladies of Lutheran Women in Mission (LWML) Norfolk Zone for all that you do in the name of Christ. You truly share Christ’s name and character as you continue on in this mission. Thank you for the many hygiene kits, diapers and blankets that you gathered and shared with OGT Norfolk.
But as for you, be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.
2 Chronicles 15:7 NIV
