Celebrating Lutheran School’s Week by Volunteering at OGT Lincoln
It was Lutheran School’s Week last week and Faith Lutheran Church celebrated it by volunteering at Orphan Grain Train Lincoln. Twenty-one children, four parents, and two teachers packed boxes, made hygiene kits and prepared food packages for veterans in the Lincoln community. The students rotated to different stations so that they had a chance to experience a variety of packing activities. Thank you, Faith Lutheran parents and staff for volunteering and being leaders in this event. Thank you, students for being OGT Lincoln volunteers and making a difference.
“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16
