700 Families in Kentucky Happy for Food Donated
New England Branch volunteers in Terryville, CT loaded 5,000 pounds of various food to help Manna from Heaven’s meal program to feed over 700 families. Part of this food amount included 750 frozen chicken quarters in freezers along with rice and vegetables to make complete meals for the holidays. They also delivered blankets, linens, clothing, household and cleaning supplies, hygiene supplies, Bibles, and hundreds of Christmas gifts and toys for the children. Manna from Heaven is in Myra, KY and still recovering from the recent flood. They were grateful to receive all the food and goods to share with so many families in need.
