Memorial Day weekend saw this historical city, Ellicott City, Maryland, hit with flash flooding and destruction for the 2nd time in less than 2 years. Lutheran churches in Virginia had collected and sent to the Maryland branch warehouse 50 large filled scrub buckets for disaster use. These, along with tools like rakes and shovels were delivered to a local Baptist church to be used by volunteers from the Southern Baptist Convention Disaster Relief Team that is based there for this clean up mission.(7/2018)
