South Sudan to Receive Many Goods to Bless Many

On Friday, October 25, OGT’s Maryland Branch sent another forty-foot container of humanitarian aid to Bor, South Sudan. A primary focus of this shipment was medical equipment and supplies to replenish an ill-stocked hospital that serves thousands of people. In addition to hundreds of boxes of medical supplies, the container included hospital beds, bed side tables, over-the-bed tables, hospital linens, wheelchairs, and examination tables. Of particular interest were several pediatric stretchers donated from Johns Hopkins Medical Center. Rounding out the shipment were 300 solar lights that will go far in illuminating an area with no electric grid and experiencing 12 hours of darkness daily.
