CA-AZ-NV Collection Center volunteer Steve Rice delivered blankets, quilts, clothing, coats, diapers, sewing machines and sports equipment to Lutheran Border Concerns Ministry in San Diego, CA. The goods will be delivered to families in need and also used at their facility in Tijuana, Mexico.
