International Fest Fun

Lithuanian dancers, a Scottish bagpiper, a Liberian singing duo- capped off with a rendition of “Proud to be an American”- were all part of the Maryland International Fest Fundraiser. Food ran the gamut from oysters to gazpacho. A Silent Auction, Bake Sale, and our short videos gave the crowd of 125 various activities to keep them busy. We were visited by local government dignitaries and also people from our national OGT Board. It was a great opportunity to see our warehouse and get a feeling for the ministry that goes on here. Despite the rainy weather (and the quick decision to change from outdoor event to indoor dry spot), people had glowing reports of an event that was enjoyable and uplifting.
