First Container of 2018

Castle Rock collection center loaded its first container of 2018 for Jurbarkas Evangelical Lutheran Parish in Jurbarkas, Lithuania. We really felt good about this load as it contained 50 boxes of handmade quilts from Mt Olive and Trinity Lutheran churches, along with 95 boxes of linens from a group of local hotels that we have joined up with. The shipment total included 1224 boxes along with medical items. The only issue was a 38° day with 40+ MPH winds, however, we had the lightweight volunteers hold (2) two boxes at a time.
