Desperately Needed Mercy Meals Shipped to Liberia

Hope and Care for Children, Inc. in Liberia will be receiving 99,792 Mercy Meals after a desperate plea for rice meals to feed the students at school this fall. They had rice meals stored and when CV-19 devastated food supplies they shared the food with hungry families that were in danger of starvation. Food was given to the deaf, the blind, the unemployed and the widows. But now rice meals are needed for the next school year to feed the hungry students who depend on this one meal as their daily bread. Praise be to God that the much-needed rice meals are shipped! HCC will also receive toys, bikes, school desks, sewing machines, and other aid from Norfolk warehouse donors and volunteers.
