Again Great Success At Boscov’s “Friends Helping Friends Day”

Boscov’s Department Store’s “Friends Helping Friends Day” fundraiser, held October 20th, was once again a great success! Thanks to a matching grant of $1,000, Mid-Atlantic Branch raised over $3,300 through the sale of five-dollar discount shopping passes to the annual store-wide event.  After last year’s low Covid turnout, volunteer teams and customers alike were delighted to get back into stores, with several volunteers reporting unusually high sales. Organizer Sandy O’Hedy commented, “It has been a blessed day for OGT MAB, not only in money earned but in getting the word out about our mission.” We are so thankful for the Lord’s goodness.
