Hurricane Katrina Response "Pay to Play" Photos

Tuesday, Sept. 6 - A line of cars in Norfolk waiting to participate in the US 92 "Pay to Play" fund-raiser. $33,437.56 was raised for the Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund.
