Please visit your local Farm Service Agency (FSA) office and fill out the "2006 Emergency Haying and Grazing Certification Form." This form is available only at FSA offices. Fax a copy of the completed form to Orphan Grain Train at: (402) 371-7350.

TO DONATE:
Please call the Orphan Grain Train disaster relief hotline at (402) 371-9313 during regular business hours or email ogtrelief@cableone.net. If you wish to donate hay from CRP acres, you will need to fill out the "2006 Emergency Haying and Grazing Certification Form," available at FSA offices. Fax a copy of the completed form to Orphan Grain Train at: (402) 371-7350.

Orphan Grain Train will work with the FSA to match donors and recipients.
